Session Information: I offer two different levels of care to my clients. 1. Symptomatic - whereby I treat the presenting symptoms to help provide you with relief from the issues present. Treatment is usually lasts between 1 and 3 sessions. 2. Maintenance - for chronic and acute conditions whereby you are provided with a treatment plan following your initial session which will spell out the way in which I would like to holistically treat your presenting condition as well as the length of time I predict it will take for you to benefit from your therapy and incorporate lifestyle changes to prevent the condition affecting you again in the future. Treatment is discussed with you and tailored to suit your time and budget restrictions.

A case history will be taken followed by assessments relevant to the issue. This session will concentrate on activating the issue presented using gentle muscle monitoring techniques to determine the underlying physiological, biochemical, energetic or emotional causes. Treatment will then be given to address the priority concerns. Client intake forms can be emailed to you on request to save time in clinic. Time: 1.5 hours / $110.00 1 hour for children / $75.00
Kinesiology sessions: This session will concentrate on activating the issue presented using gentle muscle testing to determine the underlying physiological, biochemical, energetic or emotional causes. Relevant personalised treatments will then be given. You should feel and see results within one to three sessions depending on the severity of the issue. Time: 0.5 hour / $45.00 (follow up appointments only, available on therapist recommendation) 1 hour / $80.00 1.5 hours / $110.00
Training sessions for Fitness, Rehabilitation, Core Stability, Pelvic Stability and Flexibility: These sessions will focus on your posture, fitness and/or rehabilitation, using kinesiology techniques to balance you to a personalised exercise/rehabilitation program that will take into account stresses that are unique to your physiology. An initial consultation is necessary prior to starting an exercise program. Time: 0.5 hours / $45.00 1 hour / $80.00
Partner/Group Sessions: Kinesiology can be used to investigate where partnerships or groups may be coming unstuck in relation to conflicting belief systems, goals and attitudes. Ideal for sporting, dance, musical partnerships and groups to help indentify the causes of and resolve conflicts as well as for promoting common goals and teamwork. Cost: $80.00 per hour for partnerships (session will last for 2 hours) $120.00 per hour for groups/teams/families (At your premesis. Up to 2 hours, depending on group numbers, call to discuss)
Home and/or Hospital Kinesiology visits: I am available to visit you in the comfort of your home (in the Melbourne metropolitan region) or in hospital (provided staff are happy to accommodate). Cost: $100.00 per hour
Distance Treatments: My preference is to see clients in person, However, I understand that with time and distance constraints some people are unable to make the trip to see me, so I also offer distance treatments in which I work with the body’s subtle energy systems to shift energy blockages and address the causes of illness and disease on an energetic level. You will receive an email report detailing where energetic stresses were found and the possible causes.
