Kristen specialises in the physical and emotional aspects of health wellbeing and performance. She is a qualified kinesiologist and sports therapist and has worked in the human movement / performing arts field for over 10 years having worked with dancers, actors, circus performers and athletes in both training and guidance roles. It was in this work that she gained a deeper understanding of how one’s state of mind can affect their physical body and general health and wellbeing as well as their ability to perform.

Kristen is passionate about bringing her understanding of the mind body connection to her clients. She believes that knowledge is power and is dedicated to helping people understand what they need to do to heal their own bodies and to change their lives.

Her main areas of interest are:

- Helping others to improve their sense of self, self-confidence and self-esteem
- Helping others identify and clear beliefs associated with weight concerns
- Helping others to find their direction and purpose 

Kristen graduated at the top of her class and holds a Diploma of Sports Kinesiology. She is a registered member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and is continuing her dedication to mind body medicine by continually furthering her studies and knowledge in the field. She also works with the Australian College of Complementary Medicine, Australia’s premier school for kinesiology. She actively promotes kinesiology in the wider community by attending festivals and holding information sessions.

In Kristen’s words:
“Where traditional western methods failed, kinesiology helped me to discover the reasons behind my own physical health concerns, these were very much related to my emotional and environmental state at the time. Not only was I able to work with kinesiology to change my health and outlook, I was lucky enough to be in a position to study the therapy so that I can now share my experience and help others in the same way. I practice kinesiology for the results I see in my clients.”

Other Information:

Kristen has had an extensive career in performance, guiding and managing performing artists, she is a professional middle-eastern dancer and holds a graduate degree in Arts Management. In her career she has worked with organisations such as the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA), Multicultural Arts Victoria (MAV), Mullinars casting, 2 Diva’s casting and Brave Studios.
